Front End Supervisor

Department: FRONT END/CUSTOMER SERVICE
Location: Richardson, TX

Summary/Objective

Assist the Front End Team Leader/Store Leadership in all aspects of daily operations of the Front End Team and Front End Team Members.  Maintain a positive company image by being courteous and helpful to guests and supporting Store Leadership in maintaining standards.  Assist with personnel issues, supervision of Team Members and day to day flow of the department.  Must know all functions of POS system, cash handling procedures and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help foster positive work environment with outstanding team work, mutual respect, effective timely communication and exceptional morale
  • Partner with Team Leader to select, train, develop, mentor, motivate and counsel Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.
  • Model and deliver outstanding guest service
  • Follow through on all guest questions, requests and resolve concerns as needed.
  • Assist Team Leader with making schedules.
  • Accurately and efficiently perform cash up duties to close down registers
  • Follow and comply with all applicable procedures and regulations, including Weights and Measures, FDA, health and sanitation, Department of Labor, ADA, HAACP, OSHA and safe work practices.
  • Ensure that Team Members operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.

Qualifications

  • 1 yr Supervisory experienced
  • Guest Service focused
  • Team oriented
  • 1-2 years cashier experience

 

Working Conditions

  • Walking, standing, bending and stooping for 8-10 hours a day
  • Push, pull up to 50lbs
  • Mental and physical dexterity
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Iteration of duties
  • Ability to taste, smell, feel and visually inspect food
  • Unassisted lifting up to 50lbs or more
  • Work in varying temperatures
