Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving financial excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax planning and reporting.

- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
